My name is Marty I live in Northern California. I have always been drawn to the outdoors and enjoy getting out as much as I can. While attending college at Chico State University, I worked for Adventure Outings, an outdoors company leading trips from backpacking to rafting. There has been a lot of equipment I have used over the years and sleeping bags are one of them. My first one was a coleman sleeping bag +10 degree. It was relatively cheap, a little bit heavy, and worth every penny. I hope to share some of my knowledge on camping and sleeping bags so you can find the perfect bag and enjoy your time in the backcountry!
